Ltd. was founded on 17-June-2015 and its Global Manning Company was established on 11th Oct 2016, in Mumbai, India, built and operated in accordance with the highest standards for quality and reliability. ASM Alliance Management Services (India) Pvt. Ltd is owned and run by very experienced, proactive and well respected marine industry professionals, it has a hands-on and result oriented management style. We are in the business of attracting, developing and retaining the best set of crew for our clients.

We are supported by our various global manning offices to recruit and co-ordinate with skilled seafarers for crewing needs. We take pride in adhering to international standards, providing emphasis on selection and retaininghighly skilled and experienced personnel for each rank.

Highly qualified (Extra Master) and versatile ship manning and operations professional with over a quarter of a century’s experience in the shipping industry. His experience covers Ship Manning, Training and Operations and Strategic Planning and execution on an international and multi-cultural platform.

  • He has been with MOLMI India ( MOL Manning Arm ) for last 21 years.
  • He was responsible for setting up MOLMI / Kolkata office.
  • He has managed and led recruitment for over 80+ vessels of all types till date.

  • He is a designated External Examiner for Mates and Master for Director General of Shipping, Government of India since 1999.
  • He is an appointed member of Eastern Academic Council and Western Academic Council responsible to inspect various training centres for compliance to Director General shipping guidelines and STCW 2010 requirements in India.
  • He founded the Association of Master Mariner in Kolkata and served as President for over 8 years and continues to be an active member of the Association from Mumbai.
  • He is member of Company of Master Mariners of India.
  • He was elected Deputy Master from 2015 to 2019 & Master from 2019 to 2023.
  • He was selected to become PRESIDENT of BES (Board of examination of seafarers) in 2020 & again in 2022.
  • He has started Extra Master Certificate of Competency for the benefit of Indian Master Mariners.
  • He will soon be starting E-MBA in shipping for mariners.

    We have a State of the art, advance, robust & matured manning software which stores all data including appraisal reports related to seafarers for efficient monitoring of compliance with mandatory requirements (Flag State, Training, Certificates, Medical, Visa etc.). All data and documents are filed electronically for compliance check of seafarer’s competence.
    Our centralized system allows Owners, manager and manning office to be on same IT platform.
