Basic purpose of ASM Alliance training module is to develop right Skill & Attitude and we have tied up with one of the best Training Institute in India to develop same.
The main objective of the course is to input new skills or to improve existing one so that officers on board gain confidence to handle the situations and problems they are most likely to encounter.
These courses cover interpersonal and professional skills vital to those hold or seek top position on ASM Alliance vessels. It makes essential at all levels, whether they are new to their job and need to learn the necessary skills from scratch, have many year experience and want a refresher course in current on board practices.
